1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $100 qualify for FREE shipping anywhere in the US. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates will apply and are calculated at checkout.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our services to more countries soon.

4. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unworn items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for full details.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at michael.robinson@vantinaclothing.com or call us at 312-340-8263. After this timeframe, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order as it may already be in processing.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
