Eligibility for Refunds:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale, clearance, or final sale items are non-refundable.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
